Job Overview
We are expanding rapidly and hiring motivated Appointment Setters to contact homeowners who already have solar systems and help schedule free system diagnostic appointments with our field technicians.
Many homeowners are currently dealing with solar companies that have gone out of business, poor customer support, monitoring issues, underperforming systems, or questions about battery backup upgrades. Your role is to connect with these homeowners, build trust, and schedule appointments for our Technician Closers to inspect their systems.
This is a warm-call environment focused on helping homeowners—not hard-pressure sales.

Responsibilities
- Call homeowners who currently own solar systems
- Educate homeowners about free system diagnostic appointments
- Schedule qualified appointments for field technicians
- Follow provided scripts and appointment-setting processes
- Maintain professionalism and positive energy on calls
- Accurately update customer information in CRM systems
- Work with leadership to improve performance and conversions

Experience in call centers, appointment setting, customer service, collections, inside sales, solar, roofing, alarms, or home services is a plus — but not required.
