Receptionist – Pup Town Spaw
At Pup Town Spaw, we're more than a pet grooming salon—we're a place where pets are treated like family and our team genuinely enjoys coming to work. We're looking for a friendly, dependable receptionist who loves people just as much as they love animals.
As the first person our customers meet, you'll play a huge role in creating an amazing experience. From greeting excited dogs and their owners to helping keep our salon running smoothly, you'll be the heart of our front desk.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer and pet with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Answer phone calls, texts, and messages professionally.
- Schedule appointments and help clients find the best services for their pets.
- Check pets in and out while making sure all information is accurate.
- Process payments and keep the front desk organized.
- Communicate with groomers and help keep the day running smoothly.
- Keep the lobby clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Educate clients about our grooming services, memberships, retail products, and promotions.
- Handle busy moments with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who genuinely loves animals and enjoys working with people.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with customers.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus but not required.
Schedule
- Monday: 2:30 PM – 6pm
- Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 6pm
- Wednesday: 2:30 PM – 6pm
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6pm
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6pm
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5pm
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $12.50/hour & $13 after 90 days
