Job Summary
We specialize in the fabrication and installation of custom-designed Shotblast equipment and are seeking an Experienced Fabricator to join our fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced in MIG welding, able to read and understand blueprints, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Applicants should be able to manage time effectively, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively to meet project goals.
As a manufacturer and installer of industrial equipment, we are committed to building a team of individuals who are interested in long-term growth with our company. This position offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and a supportive work environment focused on excellence and professional development.
Our Approach to Training and Success
We understand that success in our shop requires more than basic fabrication skills—it requires an understanding of the equipment we build and how each component functions in the final system. Because of this, we treat every new hire, regardless of experience level, as a student of our facility.
Our goal is to teach team members not only how to complete their tasks, but also why their work matters and what purpose it serves in the finished equipment. We train beyond the basics so employees gain a deeper knowledge of the entire process, which helps them complete projects accurately, confidently, and efficiently.
We believe in setting every employee up to succeed. Individuals with a strong desire to learn more than what they were originally hired for—or more than what they may have learned in school—often excel and advance quickly within our company.
