Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with clients, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge to expand our client base and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic business development.
Duties
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrating product value and technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies and enhance customer engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads, nurture prospects, and expand market reach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, especially in technology sales or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound calling campaigns
- Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability in business development, customer service, and marketing strategies
