Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies to ensure timely project progress
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and equipment as trained, following all safety protocols
- Support team members with various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling regularly
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
