Hours generally range from 8am - 530pm ; 9:30am - 6:45pm, with Sundays closing at 3pm.
This position is potentially for any of our locations, not just our Albany. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who thrives under pressure and has the ability to multitask extremely well. You will be responsible for coordinating the days hot table menu which will feature our catering menu and chef's specialties, fielding all low calls from the hot table and ensuring that the table is consistently replenished with fresh products, fulfilling catering orders, ensuring directions of chef are followed.
Responsibilities are as followed:
- Preparing hot dishes for steam table items as well as all catering entrees
- Preparing sauces for daily entrée offerings, as well as creating our daily soups
- Keeping Line Cook’s station organized and tidy
- Following and complying with Company policies and procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- Opening, ongoing, and closing duties to include cleaning equipment, assisting dishwasher, wrapping, labeling and dating items and other assigned duties
- Communicating with FOH Shift Leader regarding steam table dishes, prices, ingredients and explanation to guests including any allergens.
- Assisting with Hot Sandwich Line and Kitchen Prep when needed
- Assisting the Chef with catering as needed
- Assisting the Chef with receiving and organizing weekly food orders as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
