MVP Technologies is hiring a U.S.-based Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified appointments for our commercial low-voltage, CCTV, access control, cabling, security, audio/video, and technology services.
This is not a closing role. Your main responsibility is to identify potential business customers, make outbound calls and emails, qualify interest, and schedule appointments or site visits for our outside sales team.
We are looking for someone with experience in appointment setting, inside sales, B2B outreach, lead generation, or outbound calling. Must have strong English, a professional phone presence, good follow-up skills, and be comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage lead lists of potential commercial clients
- Contact businesses and property managers via phone and email
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
- Schedule appointments and site visits for our outside sales team
- Update CRM with accurate notes and follow-up activity
- Track calls, emails, conversations, and results consistently
Requirements:
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, B2B outreach, lead generation, or outbound calling
- Strong English communication — written and verbal
- Professional phone presence and confident outreach style
- Good follow-up habits and self-discipline working remotely
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- U.S.-based and available during U.S. business hours
Compensation:
$18 to $22 per hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments and closed opportunities.
Schedule:
Part-time to start — approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
