Job Description: As a Bartender at our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through your knowledge of mixology, training on our unique beverage menu, and dedication to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with craft cocktails, thrive in high-volume settings, and be willing to assist as a server on certain shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Crafting Cocktails:
- Create a diverse range of craft cocktails using innovative recipes and techniques.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in every drink prepared.
- Showcase your knowledge of mixology by offering recommendations and personalized drink suggestions to guests.
- Ensure that all beverages are served promptly and presented with attention to detail.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues promptly and professionally.
3. Bar Operations:
- Manage inventory levels and stock supplies to support efficient bar operations.
- Adhere to proper handling and storage procedures for alcoholic beverages and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including equipment upkeep and sanitization.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Flexibility to work as a server on select shifts to support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a craft cocktail environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
