Responsibilities:

Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.

Maintain community appeal by monitoring the condition and presentation of apartments, amenities, and common areas.

Support daily property operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and resident communications.

Stay informed on market conditions and competitors to effectively promote the community and drive occupancy.

Requirements:

Multi-family property management experience preferred.

Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.

Social media marketing experience preferred.
