Project Manager
As Project Manager you will be working with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to restore properties to pre-loss condition that have been caused by water, fire, mold, etc. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer experience, organization and renovation/remodeling experience. Previous project management experience is preferred. This job does have some work from home capability when needed. (must be living in the work zone area)

Ability to schedule multiple projects and subcontractors.

Ability to time manage, budget, and site supervise,

Ability to document jobs, change orders and work orders in a timely manner.

Communicate with customers and insurance companies effectively.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs..

Work on ladders.

Work independently or with a team.
Experience or knowledge with:

Xactimate
-
Dash
-
General residential construction
Qualifications:

Must have a valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record

Must be able to pass required background screening
