This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and supporting clinic operations in both in-person and remote appointment settings. No medical license is required.

Responsibilities:

Process Live Scan fingerprinting applications and perform fingerprint rolling

Check clients into appointments and assist with registration

Prepare TB testing patients for nurses

Distribute remote exam kits to patients

Support front office and clinic workflow operations

Process payments using our POS system

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed
