We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mental Health Senior Administrator with 3-5 years of Mental Health/Counseling and Billing Experience to lead our administrative operations and ensure seamless financial processes within our organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, document management, and communication flow
- Manage billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and proper recordkeeping using construction management software
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines utilizing Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools to keep projects on track
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project planning and cost estimation efforts
- Assist in construction estimating by preparing cost proposals and managing budgets with HeavyBid or similar software
- Support project managers by tracking project progress, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with construction regulations
- Lead team management efforts by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication across teams involved in complex infrastructure projects
