- Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents effectively for different surfaces and materials.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or furniture safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients or residents to address specific cleaning needs or concerns, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of residential housekeeping or commercial cleaning practices.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while adhering to proper handling procedures.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
