Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with Keyence scanning systems and programming using CAD files.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Height gages
- Bore gages
- Thread gages and pin gages
· Ability to maintain calibration schedules and records to ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and IATF requirements.
- Gage R&R studies
- Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Calibration systems and practices
- GagePack software preferred, but not required
- Layered Process Audits (LPAs) and Internal Audits
- IATF 16949 and ISO quality standards
- Root cause analysis methodologies, including 8D and 5 Why
Primary Responsibilities
- Keyence scanning and dimensional inspections.
- Support the calibration system and maintain calibration records using GagePack.
- Assist with Gage R&R and MSA studies.
- Assist the Quality Technician with production inspections and in-process quality checks.
- Provide coverage for Quality Technicians as needed to ensure production support.
- Participate in internal audits, LPAs, and root cause investigations.
- Support corrective action activities, including 8D and 5 Why analysis.

Hours would be M-F 7:00 to 3:30 pm
