Seeking a motivated, detail oriented, people person with the following:
In person sales experience preferred - previous experience selling memberships and packages.
Excellent people and customer service skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Ability to multitask
Superior phone etiquette and patience
Proficient computing knowledge and ability
Primarily performs in clinic package/membership plan sales with light front desk administrative tasks. The right candidate is warm, pleasant, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile. Candidates should have a strong desire to earn commission on sales.
HOURS:
4 day work week
Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM
Saturday 10AM-5pm
Sunday 10AM-4PM.
Shifts may be as long as 9.5 hours and as short as 7.5 hours. Some weekend shifts may be required.
PAY: Based on experience + performance based commission after probationary period.
