Cashier / Sales Associate – Northwest Stadium (Seasonal Event Staff)

About the Role
The Peach Cobbler Factory is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associates to join our team at Northwest Stadium for the upcoming football season and special events. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service while serving our signature desserts to thousands of fans.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Prepare and package desserts according to company standards.
- Upsell featured menu items, combos, beverages, and alcoholic beverages (when assigned and certified).
- Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and stadium policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.
- Restock inventory throughout events.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and Northwest Stadium operating procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, and end-of-event cleanup.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier, restaurant, concession, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (4–8+ hours).
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Stadium.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
Required Certifications & Training
Applicants must be willing and able to complete the following prior to working events:
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification (required).
- “Creating Legends” Stadium Guest Service Training (required).
- Successfully complete all Northwest Stadium credentialing, onboarding, and security requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all stadium, health department, and company policies throughout the season.

Schedule
This is an event-based position and includes:
- Washington Commanders home games
- Concerts
- College football games
- Special stadium events
Schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
