Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms with enthusiasm and accuracy

- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), documenting medical information clearly and efficiently for accurate medical records and billing purposes
- Support medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient flow to optimize clinic operations
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience working in outpatient clinics, hospital settings, or urgent care centers is highly desirable but will train.
- LPN license, CMA certificate required.
