A busy plaintiff's personal injury firm is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Intake Specialist to join our growing team. We offer a supportive, collaborative work environment and real opportunity for professional growth.

What you'll do:
- Conduct case intakes with new and prospective clients
- Meet with clients and maintain regular, compassionate communication
- throughout their case
- Prepare and file No-Fault applications
- Assist with case investigation and gathering supporting documentation
- Coordinate with medical facilities and providers
- Help clients prepare for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs)
- Conduct client check-ins to keep cases moving
- Handle general office administrative and clerical tasks
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
