An established medical device manufacturer in Marlborough, MA is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for its first-shift production team.
This is a strong opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience assembling electrical, mechanical, or medical device components. The position involves working with small parts, following detailed work instructions, and completing assembly work accurately in a structured manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical products and components according to work instructions
- Work with small parts, wiring, mechanical components, and basic hand tools
- Follow drawings, diagrams, written procedures, and production documentation
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
- Perform basic testing or functional checks as required
- Complete production records and documentation
- Identify and report defective materials or assembly concerns
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Meet established quality and production expectations
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering personnel
Preferred Experience
- Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand tools and small assembly tools
- Ability to follow detailed written work instructions
- Ability to read basic drawings, diagrams, or assembly documentation
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Consistent attendance and reliability
Candidates with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, electronics assembly, cable assembly, medical device assembly, or small-component manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
