We are hiring Car Sales Consultants who are hungry to grow, confident in customer engagement, and excited to be part of a new store build-out. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, process, and success of our I-10 location from day one.
In this role, you will guide customers through a high-quality buying experience, from first contact to delivery, while delivering exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and a professional, consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound leads, outbound calls, texts, emails, and in-person showroom interactions
- Build relationships and convert opportunities through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM usage
- Present vehicle inventory with confidence, clearly explaining features, value, and financing options
- Conduct structured needs analysis to match customers with the right vehicle solutions
- Perform test drives and professional walkarounds that elevate the customer experience
- Negotiate pricing and terms professionally while maintaining gross profit standards and customer satisfaction
- Upsell and present value-added products including warranties, protection packages, and financing options
- Maintain a strong, organized sales pipeline with accurate CRM tracking and daily updates
- Collaborate with finance managers, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth deal flow and delivery
- Support dealership marketing efforts, events, and launch initiatives for the new I-10 store
- Deliver consistent follow-up to build referrals, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and inventory control efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and public speaking to engage potential buyers effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to ensure clear understanding of customer needs. - Experience using CRM systems for lead management and follow-up tracking
- Solid understanding of retail math, deal structure basics, and customer lifecycle management preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professional communication style

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
