Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing call center operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and driving sales initiatives. The Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations, implement effective strategies, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the call center team to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and project management.
- Analyze call center metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Negotiate with clients to ensure service agreements are met and maintained.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the call center environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to promote professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong background in sales management, with the ability to drive revenue through effective team performance.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $70,304 + bonuses
