We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager and Lead Stylist to join our vibrant retail boutique team. This role combines creative styling expertise with strong management skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily store operations. As a key leader, you will inspire our team, ensure the top-tier customer service we’re known for, and maintain the boutique’s visual appeal. Position Details
- Full-time in person at our boutique, ranging from 35-40 hours per week
- Monday - Saturday and holidays are a must; the boutique will be open Mondays for season (Nov-May) and will close Sunday & Mondays in the summer. This position will be needed for Monday’s during season
- This position is for age 25+
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized styling advice, and building lasting client relationships
- Creating a warm, welcoming boutique environment that reflects the Sea Lustre brand
- Being actively involved in store events, collection launches, and community engagement
- Participating in social media content creation including being in photos and videos for social media
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring the Sea Lustre boutique team
- Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering a positive team environment
- As the assistant manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the boutique while helping lead and inspire our team. While the manager is away, you’ll confidently step into the leadership role and oversea the boutiques daily operations
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for fashion, styling people and building a community with a positive, proactive attitude
- 2+ years of experience in a boutique environment including supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who embodies the Sea Lustre lifestyle, we design and manufacture a bohemian clothing collection, and fine pearl jewelry line. We would love to see somebody who truly embodies our South Florida culture. Our love for the ocean, sun-filled days and the perfect balance of travel, family and fun.
