Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Medical Assistant with exceptional phlebotomy skills, particularly with complex blood draws. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care and wellness-focused medicine.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, multitasking in a dynamic environment, and learning about innovative therapies and advanced wellness treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex blood draws with confidence and accuracy
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information
- Assist providers during patient visits and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness protocols as directed
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and medical supplies
- Support front office operations when needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming patient experience
- Learn and assist with holistic and alternative therapies offered in the practice
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification required
- Strong phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with difficult or complex blood draws strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in holistic, integrative, and alternative medicine
- EMR experience preferred

- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on patient schedule
