A School That Supports You
At Highlands Montessori, we know that Montessori education begins with empowered, supported educators. That’s why we’ve created a workplace where teachers are respected, heard, and given the tools they need to thrive.
We offer:
- Competitive salary
- ~24 paid holidays + 12 PTO days
- Vacation time
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 4% employer-paid retirement—no employee contribution required
- Ongoing professional development + training sponsorship
- Tuition discounts for staff children
- A school led by Montessori-trained educators—not corporate administrators
We're a small, independent school owned and operated by two directors with AMI/AMS 0–6 training, M.Ed. degrees, and nearly 20 years of classroom experience. We know the work—and we deeply value the people who do it.
If you’re looking for a place to build a meaningful career in Montessori, you’ve found it.
