POSITION TITLE: Clinical Therapist/Behavioral Health Specialist
REPORTS TO: Program Director
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides individual and group counseling to address mental health, trauma, and substance use challenges for program participants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (Mental Health and SUD).

Collaborate with case managers and medical providers to coordinate care.

Offer crisis intervention and support for perinatal mental health issues.

Maintain clinical documentation and participate in ongoing training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree professional (QMHP) in a health-related field, or equivalent.

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

Experience with perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and substance use treatment.
