May work independently or as part of a team to inspect castings and grind them. May work with stand grinder, hand tools, or automated grinding equipment such as robotics and CNC grinder machines. Overtime is likely and available for this position. This position starts at 6am Monday - Friday.
Qualifications
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly; overhead lift assist equipment is available for heavier loads.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Production/Scrap Bonus: Up to $200 bi-weekly based on department performance.
- Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus: 20% of annual profits are shared with employees.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
