Job Title: Seasonal School Photographer
Location: Working Across Montana – You must live in Missoula or Ravalli County and be in the office in Stevensville twice a minimum of twice a week. Travel to local schools and overnights are required

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Seasonal School Photographer to join our team during the busy back-to-school photography season. The ideal candidate loves working with kids of all ages, communicates effectively with school administrators, and thrives in a fast-paced, on-location environment. Training starts in Mid August and the busy season in from Late August-to early December.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned schools and set up photography equipment
- Interact with students in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner to capture great expressions
- Work collaboratively with school staff and administrators to ensure the day runs smoothly
- Maintain an organized and efficient photography flow
- Handle and care for photographic equipment and backdrops
- Ensure high-quality, consistent images
- Follow all safety and data security procedures
Qualifications:
- Clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass background check required
- You ,ust have reliable, insured transportation
- Experience working with children or in school environments strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, sometimes hectic setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment, long periods of standing, bending kneeling
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
- Photography experience is a plus—but we provide training!
