Premier Periodontics, a locally-owned and growing specialty practice, is seeking a dedicated Periodontal Surgical Assistant to join our team. We have two locations: Greenfield and Wauwatosa.

We partner closely with referring practices throughout the Milwaukee area to provide world-class periodontal services, and we’re looking for someone who values that level of collaboration and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide chairside surgical and non-surgical assistance for periodontal procedures
- Deliver four-handed dentistry with confidence and precision
- Coordinate patient care before and after procedures
- Communicate professionally with referring dental offices and specialists
- Help maintain a smooth, organized, and patient-centered environment
Who You Are:
- A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and passionate about patient care
- Confident in four-handed dentistry and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Comfortable with professional correspondence and care coordination
- Prior dental assisting experience is strongly preferred, but we’re open to training the right person
