Legal Corner Law Office, APC, a rapidly growing California-based plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking a Technology Systems Specialist to oversee the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day management of the firm's technology systems. From AI solutions and workflow automation to Salesforce administration, phone system support, website management, and employee technology onboarding, you will play a key role in ensuring our technology improves efficiency, supports our staff, and scales with our firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & Support: Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator by managing workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, user permissions, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements to support firm operations.
- Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automations using platforms such as Zapier and similar tools to streamline repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency across departments.
- Phone System Administration: Manage and support RingCentral, RingCX, and other communication platforms, including user setup, extensions, call routing, voicemail, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
- AI Tools & Implementation: Research, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions that improve client intake, document generation, case management, and internal workflows.
- User Support & Technical Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day technical support for employees by resolving hardware, software, printer, internet, and system-related issues while coordinating with outside IT vendors when advanced support is required.
- Software Onboarding & IT Coordination: Set up employee computers, equipment, software, user accounts, and system permissions for new hires and offboarding. Coordinate technology purchases, software licensing, device inventory, and general IT operations across the firm.
- Website Management: Update and maintain the firm's website, including attorney and staff profiles, practice area pages, career postings, announcements, and other website content as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 1–5 years of experience in technology systems, systems administration, IT support, workflow automation, or technology implementation.
- Strong experience administering Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Experience supporting RingCentral, RingCX, or similar VoIP communication systems.
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and large language model (LLM) technologies.
- Experience setting up computers, user accounts, software, and employee workstations.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar business productivity platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technology initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Knowledge of legal case management systems and employment law workflows.
- Experience with API integrations and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
- Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar content management systems.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new technology solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
- Location: On-site in Glendale, CA.
