Position: General Labor – Food Production
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay bump after 3 months
12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule):
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no shift premium)
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (shift premium)
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join a food production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production work and is eager to contribute to daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and packaging of food products according to established procedures.
- Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Follow company policies and comply with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
