We are currently hiring an experienced Facilities Technician for the first shift at a manufacturing facility in Oldsmar, FL. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on experience maintaining facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Facilities Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:15 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair building systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
- Complete routine and preventive maintenance
- Respond to facility maintenance and safety concerns
- Read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Assist with other maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of technical or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Related certifications are preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
