About the Role
Lead field service to profitable growth and ensure industry leadership and customer satisfaction. Provide products and services that maintain the efficiency of our customer's equipment in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.
What You Need to Be Successful
BS Degree with 2 years technical sales experience preferred or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Sales/customer service and managerial experience preferred. Operations experience helpful.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to interact with all levels of employees, management, and external customers.
- Ability to quickly assess customer issues at the root cause level & formulate an action plan for permanent resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally to various locations including customer plants with willingness to travel 15 to 25%.
- Must have strong working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) as well as working in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
