We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, a premier resident-focused care provider in Warsaw, MO. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless communication and coordinate care services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration, treatments, and progress notes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
