AAA A/C Supply in Houston, TX is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary
You will be the face of our branch. You will assist HVAC contractors, technicians, and walk-in customers with their parts and equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers at the sales counter.
· Identify HVAC parts and equipment accurately.
· Process sales orders using our computer system.
· Answer phone calls regarding inventory and pricing.
· Provide technical support and product recommendations.
· Stock counter shelves and maintain retail displays.
· Pull inventory from the warehouse when needed.
Basic Requirements
· Experience: 1+ years in HVAC sales or parts management preferred.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
· Skills: Proficient computer skills for order entry and inventory lookups.
· Communication: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
· Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
· Schedule: Reliable attendance for standard retail/wholesale operating hours.
· Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus but not required.
