As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll help customers make sense of their internet options by learning what they need from their service, introducing AT&T Fiber plans and promotions, and making enrollment feel straightforward. Every Customer Enrollment Associate receives hands-on coaching while developing product knowledge, customer engagement, and professional sales skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber plans, internet speeds, features, and current promotions through approachable sales conversations.
- Ask questions about streaming, gaming, remote work, connected devices, and everyday internet usage to understand individual needs.
- Turn those needs into personalized sales recommendations without overwhelming customers with technical information.
- Explain Fiber speeds, reliability, and service options in clear, everyday language.
- Help customers compare available plans and confidently navigate the sales decision-making process.
- Answer questions about service features, pricing, and promotions before customers move forward.
- Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to daily sales goals while continuing to grow as a Customer Enrollment Associate through coaching and feedback.
Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable learning about internet technology and explaining information simply.
