What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Meet with clients in their homes and in the Miami showroom
- Understand client needs, lifestyle, and vision
- Design custom solutions using 3D design software
- Own the full sales process from consultation through close and installation
- Deliver a high-end, white-glove client experience
- Manage and convert your pipeline consistently
- Stay organized, proactive, and results-driven
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in consultative or high-touch sales environments
- Strong ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close deals
- Professional, polished communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable learning design tools and new systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Ideal Backgrounds
We’re especially interested in candidates coming from
- Luxury retail or showroom sales
- Interior design or design-related sales
- Kitchens, baths, flooring, furniture, or home improvement
- In-home or consultative sales environments
Strong sales professionals with an interest in design are highly encouraged to apply.
