Job Title: Event Attendant (Temporary Weekend Position)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Attendants to join our team for the event season, running through early October. This temporary position offers a flexible weekend schedule and involves assisting with various event-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event set-up, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment.
- Aid in event breakdown and clean-up to ensure the venue is returned to its original state.
- Support event organization, including managing traffic flow and directing guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure adherence to safety and event guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.
- Physical stamina to handle set-up and breakdown tasks.
- Previous experience in event assistance or customer service is a plus.
- Dependability and punctuality.
