We’re looking for a positive , polished, and people-friendly Host/Hostess AKA Director of First Impressions :) to greet, seat and ensure our wonderful customers have a 5-star experience! *Due to NC ALE requirements, candidate must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Pour weekly wine experiences
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, turning tables and table touches.
- Answer phone calls.
- Take takeout orders.
- Retail sales
- Stock wine and merchandise
- Nightly closing duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicate and effectively support kitchen staff and bartenders, servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries with tact and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
- Effectively communicate with manager and owners.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
