About the Role
As a Skilled Residential Plumber, you will serve as a vital technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing challenges for homeowners and light commercial clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of essential water, gas, and drainage systems through expert installation and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities-
Execute service calls to diagnose, repair, and install high-quality plumbing fixtures and piping systems.

Proactively identify system vulnerabilities to prevent future breakdowns and ensure long-term reliability for clients.

Interpret complex blueprints and building codes to plan precise installations around structural obstructions.

Measure, cut, and assemble pipe sections, valves, and appliances using advanced hand and power tools.

Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to clients, ensuring transparency and high customer satisfaction.

Maintain an organized, well-stocked service vehicle to ensure efficient, timely completion of daily service routes.

Document all service activities and material usage accurately to support operational efficiency.

5+ years of professional plumbing experience.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying local plumbing codes.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
