Office Assistant/Scheduler

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Assistant & Scheduler to join our home‑care team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role is a great fit.
Coordinate Schedules for caregivers based on skills, availability, and client needs
Keep real‑time schedules updated and accurate
Call clients weekly to check in and support continuity of care
Complete Home Consultations and Meet & Greets (virtual or in‑home)
Communicate quickly about open shifts, schedule changes, and updates
Monitor EVV logs and correct issues for payroll and billing
Document all client and caregiver interactions
Respond calmly to urgent scheduling needs
Answer phones, greet visitors, and support daily office operations
Handle filing, scanning, mail, and general administrative tasks
Maintain organized office systems and order supplies
Participate in rotating after‑hours on‑call coverage
High school diploma required
2+ years of office experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Reliable transportation
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem‑solve
Professional, positive attitude
Ability to pass all background checks
Lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs
Sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and climb stairs as needed
Able to see and hear (with or without assistive devices)
