Job Overview
Through use of process analysis and advanced technology, manages the revenue cycle including eligibility/benefits, prior authorization, coding, charge-entry, claims submission, collections and payment posting.
Experience/Skills:
- Required: Minimum of five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with deep understanding of medical billing, collections, payment posting, third party payers, ICD10 and CPT coding, billing and insurance regulations, insurance benefits and appeal processes
- Required: Strong background in healthcare technology with emphasis on utilization of artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics to eliminate/reduce inefficiencies in the revenue cycle
- Required: Five years of management experience
- Required: Strong leadership, communication, team development and business skills
- Preferred: Experience with NextGen EMR system

Pay: $57,582.17 - $69,346.27 per year
