Job Coach – Help Others Succeed (On-Call)

Job Connection LLC is looking for On-Call Job Coaches. If you have ever helped a friend learn a new skill, mentored a teammate, or just enjoy helping people, you already have the foundation to be a great Job Coach.
What is a Job Coach?
Think of yourself as a "professional mentor." You’ll be on-site at a local business, working 1-on-1 with an individual with a disability to help them master their new job.
Your day-to-day involves:
- Hands-on Guidance: Helping a client learn their daily tasks step-by-step.
- Building Confidence: Offering encouragement as they get used to their new coworkers and environment.
- Problem Solving: Helping the client find the best way to stay organized and successful at work.
- Communication: Providing brief, simple updates to the team on how the shift went.

- Straightforward Pay: $15.00 per hour. Plus .60 cents a mile reimbursement.

- The Basics: High School Diploma or GED and your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.
