This established, reputable Construction & Restoration firm are seeking their Remediation Project Manager, with a proven understanding of water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos, biological hazards clean-up, to manage the project management process, create estimates, and be the main client liaison.
The role involves:
- Overseeing the Environmental project management department
- Visit new assignments/job sites, interface with clients, create estimates and submit to the insurance company for approval
- Onsite supervision for all mold remediation projects
- Manage deadlines, progress and quality on multiple projects
Experience needed:
- 2-5+ years’ experience with Environmental, mitigation and/or mold remediation project management
- Relevant industry certifications, including IICRC, WRT
- An entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ mindset
