Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear and bus tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours
- Assist with basic cleaning duties in dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and resetting tables for new guests
- Support catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to coordinate timely service
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy service times
- Knowledge of basic cleaning and bussing procedures to maintain a tidy environment
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach to work
- Experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory
