Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about menu offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A passion for food and customer service, with a positive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or supplies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
