What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment with confidence.
- Sort, inspect, wash, dry, and fold linens to Hilton’s brand standards.
- Keep track of daily laundry production, reporting discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
- Support the housekeeping team by stocking linen closets, carts, and delivering clean supplies.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
- Work closely with leadership and teammates to ensure guest satisfaction at every level.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior hotel or commercial laundry experience (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- A reliable, team-focused professional who takes pride in their work.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
