Customer Service Coordinator (Part-Time)

We're hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator to join our local team! This is a phone-focused role — you'll be calling new and existing customers, confirming upcoming jobs, and keeping our schedule running smoothly.
Pay: $19–$22/hr
What you'll do:

Call new leads and follow up on quotes

Reach out to past leads who haven't booked yet

Confirm job details with customers the day before service

Update and print work orders for the crew

Make quick check-in calls to past customers

Keep our CRM updated as jobs move forward
What we're looking for:

Great phone communication skills

Comfortable making a lot of calls each shift, including voicemails

Organized and detail-oriented

Reliable for a set schedule: Wed–Sun, 1pm–6pm
Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00pm–6:00pm
