Pinch A Penny in South Tampa is hiring for someone who would like to build a career in the pool business. We are looking for someone that is willing to work hard as a pool cleaning technician, with opportunities to cross-train and learn other areas of the pool business. We provide trucks, tools and training. There is an opportunity to continue to learn and grow with the business.

- You must pass a background check
- Currently live within a very reasonable commute to our store at Tampa, FL. Please map our address in the 33613 area if not sure.
- Have a valid license and an insurable driving record
- Be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Be trustworthy to work independently on a cleaning route daily when needed Monday through Friday after training.
- Must be 21 years old to drive

Responsibilities
- Perform regular pool maintenance and cleaning services.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety.
- Repair or replace damaged pool components as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during service visits.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
- Stay updated on new techniques and technologies in pool maintenance.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment.
- Ability to repair equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Previous experience as a service technician is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
