Enter customer jobs in the ERP system per the requirements communicated by sales orders as well as stock jobs per the requirements of Manufacturing. Maximize operating efficiencies, meet delivery schedules and respond accurately and timely to changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter Manufacturing jobs and populate them per the requirements communicated by Order Managers to the point of Design and/or Scheduling readiness. In so doing, this position must best maximize operating efficiencies, meet deliveries and adjust/respond accurately and timely to changes.
- Upkeep of manufactured parts in ERP system.
- Assist with job inquiries and communicate with Production, Design, Order Management and Purchasing as necessary on inquiries, job changes, engineering workbench, and manufactured stocked parts.
- Responsible for verifying operations for manufactured jobs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college helpful.
2. Experience working with ERP systems required.
3. Ability to read drawings strongly desired.
4. Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
5. Strong understanding of the supply chain and order through ship process.
6. Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed.
7. High level of organization skills with strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
8. Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding to supervisor’s direction; and taking responsibility for own actions.
9. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted
10. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines.
