Position Description
Windows and Doors: Outside Sales
The BVB Window Door Outside Sales associate performs the tasks and functions required to evaluate the needs of our clients, pursue the sales option that best fits those needs, and facilitate the order and install of the products selected.
This individual shall be required to perform these functions:
- Work in a retail environment with both scheduled and walk-in consultations
- Work independently and consistently with occasional supervisory oversight
- Train and educate themselves on our current and future product lines
- Maintain departmental sales goals
- Follow BVB processes and protocols
- Maintain a well-organized schedule and file system
The following experience and characteristics are encouraged:
- Prior window/door or construction experience/knowledge
- Prior sales experience
- Organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Basic PC skills – MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Etc.
The above is only a general overview; the Outside Sales Associate shall be required to perform other responsibilities and duties necessary in the sale and ordering of residential windows and doors by Bacon & Van Buskirk Glass Co., Inc.
Job Type: Full-time with benefits.
Base Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
Commission: Set commission schedule based on sales.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
